The Old Town with its Stradun, its shops, churches, museums and restaurants is surely enjoyable, but I believe the tiny stairways are the true beauty of this part of the city, which are actually some sort of street.
These streets are very long and steep and they surely are breathtaking, both literally and not.
Did I mention they are really long? Mmmh, perhaps I did… Maybe I am just complaining because to get to my apartment it takes a lot of steps. Anyway, the enjoyable part is the amazing feeling and atmosphere you can get from these places. You can meet nice old ladies having breakfast or simply chatting with some friends while sitting on this steps, always carefully leaving a path for the people passing by.
Probably it is because they see me quite often now, but they all say hi to me in the morning.
You will surely see some more pictures of this streets as I believe they are worth it.
Wowwww!!!!! Where is this, please? It’s quite breath-taking. Those kinds of streets with side-tables where you can sit to play chess in the cool of the evening. Cool!
That is in the Old Town of Dubrovnik, south of Croatia. A very beautiful town!
